Ian Arthur
Chairman
Ian Arthur was born in 1958 in Monmouthshire, Wales. He attended Monmouth School and then read Classics at Oxford University. He worked as a management consultant for Accenture 1981-2004; was a partner for 10 years; then retired in 2004. He is married with 2 children and his interests include music, golf, history, cooking, and football.
He is a Trustee of Wavendon Allmusic Plan Ltd and Director of The Stables Events Ltd, and Chairman of The Stables Trading Ltd.

Monica Ferguson
Director
She became General Manager of Watersmeet Theatre in Rickmansworth prior to taking up the post of Chief Executive at The Stables in 2003 where she has overseen the financial recovery of the organisation and the building of Stage 2 – an intimate café-bar / performance space designed to showcase emerging artists. She was also the founding Director of IF: Milton Keynes International Festival in 2010. Monica was a founding director of Arts Marketing Warwickshire and helped to establish the London Arts Marketing Project. She has been a director of Youth & Music and is a director of The Stables Theatre Ltd, The Stables Trading Ltd and The Stables Events Ltd.
She is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce. She lives with her partner and interests include hill walking, golf, history, theatre and music.
Stephen Clarke
Director
Financial Adviser to Building better Health Limited (BBH). Stephen specialises in the financing and structuring of large scale property development and where there is a requirement to maximise the cross funding from the enabling developments of the scheme and to ensure long term viability of the scheme as a whole. BBH is a property development company that specialises in partnerships with the public sector to deliver health and care facilities, such as polyclinics and community hospitals, and to regenerate redundant hospital sites in order to cross fund the new facilities.
Prior to joining BBH in August 2009 Stephen was a Director of DTZ and Head of the Corporate Finance advisory team for ten years. Stephen is a chartered accountant and fellow of the RSA. He is a trustee of The Prince's Regeneration Trust and a Trustee of Wavendon Allmusic Plan Ltd which he Chairs. He is a Director of The Stables Trading Ltd, and The Stables Events Ltd which he Chairs.
