HOW DO I APPLY?

Download the application form by clicking here (or alternatively, download the PDF version) Please send your form in promptly in order to increase your chance of reserving your place. Closing date 27th February 2012. All applications must be accompanied with a £25 deposit, returnable in the event that your application is not successful.

Payment must be received within 3 weeks of notification of a successful application, or else the place will be offered to someone else on a waiting list. Once a place is confirmed and accepted refunds will not normally be given.

All camper must sign a Campers Contract. This states the spirit of camp require the camper to be fully immersed in camps socially and creatively for the entire week and therefore the following items should not be brought to camp. Any such items are likely to be confiscated if found in your possession and the camper will be sent home at the Director’s discretion:

* Mobile phones*
* CD/Mini-disc/MP3 players
* Radios

In particular the following transgressions cannot be tolerated and may result in the culprit(s) being sent home:

* Bullying, physical and verbal abuse
* Smoking
* Possession of alcohol
* Possession of any illegal substance
* Leaving or attempting to leave the campsite without either written permission of the Camp Director or being accompanied by a member of staff

Sending campers home is regrettable, but may have to be done for the well-being of all other campers and staff who wish to enjoy themselves to the full, without the worry of the annoying minority.

* Please note your offer of a place at camp requires your commitment for the whole week. There is much demand for a place at camp and they are offered to each camper with the understanding that they attend the entire week.
*
Refunds of fully paid places will only be made if that place can be taken up by someone on the waiting list.
