Michael Weston King is the embodiment of the modern day troubadour. Last year’s album, Crawling Through The USA, perfectly showcased the man with just his guitar and songs for company, while his new album, entitled I Didn't Raise My Boy To Be A Soldier, consists entirely of protest songs. Acclaimed as one of the UK's finest songwriters, he’s released 15 albums and many of his songs have been recorded by other artists including the late, great Townes Van Zandt.
