The Acoustic Gathering is a folk supergroup, featuring Ray Jackson, Jerry Donahue and Doug Morter. Ray is a founding member of Lindisfarne, who had a very successful career with Ray as front man,including their hits Meet Me On The Corner, Lady Eleanor and Run For Home. Jerry is ex-Fotheringay and Fairport Convention and has recorded with George Harrison, Robert Plant, Roy Orbison and Warren Zevon. Doug has recorded and toured as part of the Maddy Prior Band, the Michael Chapman Band, the Albion Band and Magna Carta.
